This 1896 granite and heavy timber Grammar School was deconstructed and rebuilt stone by stone on a new site, with a new addition at the rear.  Old and new together make this headquarters for the Owner of a construction firm, who was also the builder of the project.

  
         
 

The joint between old and new contains a two story sky lit lobby, with the main staircase.  Recycled and refurbished historical church fixtures emphasize the story of the oO

    
         
 

  An opening to the lower level from the first floor brings daylight, visual reference, and a sense of the whole, to lower level offices.
